Marinate sirloin in 1/2 cup liquid coconut aminos, salt and pepper for at least 20 minutes.
Grill steak, or cook in iron skillet, approximately 6-8 minutes on one side, then only about 3-4 on the other side for medium rare. Place steak on cutting board, and let rest for 5 minutes. Slice on diagonal. Serve over lightly steamed veggies of choice – broccoli, peppers, mushrooms, onions are all good choices. Serve over spiraled zucchini noodles or a bed of greens.
