Grain-free, sugar-free coco-nutty granola.
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup walnuts
1/4 raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 raw almonds
(Feel free to add nuts of choice)
1 cap of organic vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Better Stevia glycerite (Now brand) or Stevita liquid
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Mix all ingredients together. Place in oven on bottom rack. Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes (low temp is important). Toss around with a spatula and bake for another 10 min. Leave in oven to dry more, if needed.
Cool and enjoy with plain Amasai, coconut milk, unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened Greek yogurt.
