1 cup flax seeds
1 cup flax meal
1 cup water
1/2 teaspoon pink salt
- Mix all ingredients together and allow to sit and gel for 5 minutes.
- Spread out on a parchment lined baking sheet to desired thickness. (I use a rolling pin and it looks like a pizza dough on a 1/4 sheet sized pan)
- Bake at 300 degrees F for 25 minutes.
- Cool and cut into 8-10 squares of “bread”. Enjoy!
