I know my life is busy, as is yours, so when I stumbled across this recipe from a friend at Lifewise TV I had to try it to see if it was any good. It seemed too simple, too good to be true. 3-4 ingredients!? Yes folks, it is that simple, and that good! I started with this batter and made them into a soft shell for tacos. They are delicious!! And gluten free, sugar free!! Even better, it is also kinda like a blank canvas that you can use to make a sweet version of too! Think cinnamon and vanilla wrapped with sauteed apples?
