SIMPLE SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH GREENS
1/2 teaspoon grapeseed oil, or other to grease pan
1/2 cup spinach
2 leaves of kale
1 Tablespoon dried tomato bites
1/2 teaspoon each – Pink Sea Salt and black pepper
1/4 cup shredded raw cheese (optional)
1.Break eggs in a medium bowl, and scramble with a small whisk or fork.
2.Add about a teaspoon of purified water for fluffier eggs.
3.Pour into prepared pan, and cook gently for approximately 3 minutes, while scraping the bottom of the pan with a spoon.
4. Once eggs are starting to come together, toss in the greens. If you like greens just barely wilted, do not overcook them.
5. Cook for about one more minute, then shut heat off before they dry out. Eggs will continue to cook when heat off.
6. Add cheese and toss with salt and pepper.
